A rigorous three-stage process designed to filter the best talent while maintaining high engagement. Starting with broad accessibility and narrowing down to elite creativity.
Round 1: Mass Recruitment
March - May 2026
Open to all students (Categories A, B, C). Virtual submission via Google Form/Drive to maximize reach.
Format: VirtualRound 2: Semi-Finals
June - July 2026
Top 80 participants per category. Involves a "Live Audit" via Zoom and courier of physical artwork for verification.
KPI: 240 Semi-FinalistsRound 3: The Finale
August - September 2026
Top 30 Finalists per category. Includes Field Trip workshops and the Grand Award Ceremony.
Elite Top 902026 Execution Calendar
A tight 7-month schedule ensuring momentum from the school reopening season through to the National Day period.
Resource Allocation (Est.)
Strategic investment focusing on student rewards (Prizes) and engagement experiences (Workshop/Finale), totaling approx. RM 162,000.
